Admission Requirements: Onshore course offerings A recognised degree (in any field) and a minimum of three years supervisory/managerial experience; OR
A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience (to be assessed through the Recognition of Prior Learning framework) with a minimum of three years supervisory/managerial experience.

Equivalent of an Academic IELTS overall score of 6.0 with no band less than 6.0.

Course Learning Outcomes CLLO-1: Demonstrate an advanced and integrated understanding of the fundamental theories and concepts in leadership, strategy and innovation.
CLLO-2: Apply critical analysis and reflection to ethically research, synthesise and evaluate complex information, problem, concepts, interpretations and theories to demonstrate cognitive and technical skills in leadership, strategy and innovation.
CLLO-3: Effectively disseminate analysis to a variety of audiences using highly developed communication skills and work productively within a team of peers in the field.
CLLO-4: Demonstrate autonomy, expert judgement, adaptability, creativity, and responsibility to resolve challenges and problems posed as a learner and practitioner in leadership, strategy and innovation.
Main research areas Business and Management
Internet Access RequirementsMurdoch units normally include an online component comprising materials, discussions, lecture recordings and assessment activities. All students, regardless of their location or mode of study, need to have access to and be able to use computing devices with browsing capability and a connection to the Internet via Broadband (Cable, ADSL or Mobile) or Wireless. The Internet connection should be readily available and allow large amounts of data to be streamed or downloaded (approximately 100MB per lecture recording). Students also need to be able to enter into online discussions and submit assignments online.
