Cancellation

The University reserves the right to cancel, without notice, any course, major, minor or unit if the number of students enrolled falls below limits set by the University.

Student Type: International Onshore - Graduate Coursework - commenced 2018 or later

Murdoch introduced unit-based fees for all International courses in 2014. Previously, an annual course fee was charged.  The Unit fees broadly reflect the cost of teaching the area, and the potential earnings of graduates.

The fees are due to be paid by the Friday before the start of semester/trimester. Where a student does not make payment by this time the enrolment cancellation process is commenced. Students then have 20 working days to arrange for payment to be received by Murdoch, or arrange an acceptable payment plan. Cancellation of enrolment does involve cancellation of the Confirmation of Enrolment (COE), and subsequently cancellation of the Student Visa for students who entered Australia on that basis.

  • Not currently available to new admissions
    This course is not normally available to international students studying in Australia on a student visa, due to visa regulations. However, exceptions can be made, conditional on undertaking certain units: contact The Student Centre for details. It is available to international students on other visas if visa conditions allow.
