Student Type: International Onshore - Research - commenced 2018 or later

Murdoch introduced unit-based fees for all International courses in 2014. Previously, an annual course fee was charged. The Unit fees broadly reflect the cost of teaching the area, and the potential earnings of graduates.

The fees are due to be paid by the Friday before the start of semester/trimester. Where a student does not make payment by this time the enrolment cancellation process is commenced. Students then have 20 working days to arrange for payment to be received by Murdoch, or arrange an acceptable payment plan. Cancellation of enrolment does involve cancellation of the Confirmation of Enrolment (COE), and subsequently cancellation of the Student Visa for students who entered Australia on that basis.
