Public Transport

Regular bus services from Perth and Fremantle connect to Murdoch campus, and from Perth, Fremantle and Mandurah to Rockingham and Peel campuses. The Perth-Mandurah railway line passes near Murdoch campus on its way south from Perth city centre to Rockingham and Mandurah.

Inter-Campus Shuttle Bus

The shuttle bus service between Murdoch and Rockingham campus will not be operating in 2009.

Parking

Staff and students wishing to park a vehicle (other than a motorcycle) on Murdoch campus must purchase a University parking permit through the Student Service Centre or online from

Staff and students undertaking at least 50 per cent of a full-time study/work load at Rockingham or Peel campuses are entitled to a free green parking permit. These permits can be obtained from the Student Service Centres at the relevant campuses on production of proof of enrolment/employment.

Parking is available in Disabled bays for staff and students who have a valid ACROD sticker.

Murdoch campus Student Village residents may obtain a special permit.

Coupons valid for a single day are also available.

Visitors’ pay-and-display parking is available at an hourly rate.
