Description:

Evidence-based practice (EBP) combines best scientific evidence, clinical experience and patient values. The unit recognises that health care is individualised and ever changing and involves uncertainties and probabilities. Students learn that EBP involves complex and conscientious decision making. This unit uses the Internet heavily to source information partly in dedicated computer laboratories.
