Description: 

The success of students transitioning university is conditioned by their imagination, knowledge and understanding of their environment. OnTrack reflects on the individual's footprints leading them to university, imagines a future and critically examines how this will be achieved sustainably.
Sustainability is the core concept . Looking toward a more sustainable future economically, socially and environmentally, students work within and through these strands to develop core competencies to sustain their studies. These include critical thinking, research, referencing, essay writing and time management.

Contact time: 

Lectures/tutorials: Full-time 3 days per week, additional 1 day per week for ESL students.

Nil.

Students should ensure they are familiar with the University's internal legislation, including provisions specifically relevant to their studies. See the University Regulations and Rules.

Students who have successfully completed a unit may not enrol for credit in any subsequent version of that unit, even if under a different code and/or title, nor in any parallel lower- or higher-level version. Students enrolled in a higher-level version of a unit are required to demonstrate advanced analytical skills and/or use of advanced research tools in assignments modified for that level.

Cancellation of Courses, Minors and Units
The University reserves the right to cancel, without notice, any course, major, minor or unit if the number of students enrolled falls below limits set by the University.
