Description: |
This unit focuses on the skills and theory required for 3D animation. A range of animation techniques will be explored with an eye towards commercial applications such as games and films. Students will develop an understanding of the core concepts of 3D animation techniques along with body mechanics thus creating physical movements that are believable. The units also draws on theory from related disciplines, including theatrical acting, traditional animation principles and new media theory. |
