Description: 

This unit will provide students with the skill required to apply epidemiology to field situations. It will use practical examples to impart knowledge required for the surveillance and monitoring of disease.

Contact time: 

Lectures, workshops and seminars as required.

Prerequisites: 

Enrolment in Masters of Veterinary Studies (Veterinary Surveillance), Master of Veterinary Studies (Conservation Medicine) or permission of the Program Chair.

Co-requisite: Internet access if studying externally.
