Demonstrate knowledge of tourism as an academic discipline in its social, historical and world context, including its principal concepts, theories and methods of inquiry.

Formulate clear and persuasive written and spoken communication of tourism concepts, knowledge and arguments suited to a range of different genres and audiences.

Develop an understanding of the sources and techniques employed in tourism research, including recognition of the multiple perspectives (including inter-disciplinary perspectives) in creative enquiry of tourism.
