Learning outcomes

Knowledge and Skills

Graduates will acquire a body of specialist knowledge that includes the understanding of recent developments, and contemporary engineering practice in the field of their chosen major.

Application ability of relevant methods and tools

Graduates will gain the ability to apply established engineering methods, techniques, tools and resources relevant to solving complex engineering problems in the field of their chosen major.

3.

Application ability of systematic engineering synthesis and design processes

Graduates will gain the ability to contribute to engineering projects within the field of their specific major involving independent research, critical analysis, development, implementation, testing, commissioning and/or basic design elements.

4.

Management skills

Graduates will be able to apply systematic approaches to conduct and manage engineering projects and gain experiences in team situations.

5.

Communication skills

Graduates will be able to effectively transmit knowledge, skills and ideas in oral and written forms to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
