Overview
This minor will provide students with a substantial body of knowledge and skills focused on contemporary developments in Human Resources Management. On completion of this minor, students will demonstrate the application of skills and knowledge through the planning and completion of research-based or scholarship-centred projects.

A broad knowledge of strategic and operational human resources management principles

An understanding of the interaction of personal/individual, organisational and societal issues which affect the development and implementation of human resources management and leadership practices

An understanding of human resources management theoretical perspectives and research methodologies, and how they can be applied to solve problems and inform decision-making in a variety of contexts
