Learning outcomes

1.

Graduates will acquire a body of specialist knowledge that includes the understanding of recent developments, research directions and contemporary engineering practice in the field of their chosen major.

2.

Graduates will gain the ability to apply established engineering methods, techniques, tools and resources relevant to solving complex engineering and information technology problems in the field of their chosen engineering major.

Application ability of systematic engineering synthesis and design processes Graduates will gain the ability to independently plan and execute a substantial engineering and information technology project within the field of their specific major involving independent research, critical analysis, development, implementation, testing, commissioning and/or design elements.

4.

Graduates will be able to apply systematic approaches to conduct and manage engineering and information technology projects and will have gained experiences in team membership and team leadership situations.

5.

Graduates will be able to effectively transmit knowledge skills and ideas in oral and written forms to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
