Implement surveillance, detection, triage diagnosis and reporting of regulated pests and diseases
Effectively develop and implement biosecurity procedures and regulations if delegated to, and/or employed to do so by an appropriate regulatory body
Research, synthesise, organise and communicate information using a range of technologies required for professional practice.
Appraise changing contexts and apply key information from scientific and regulatory sources to achieve effective solutions
Argue from evidence and communicate effectively in a range of formats to a variety of audiences
Demonstrate and apply highly specialised knowledge of Biosecurity principles across a range of contexts including agriculture, the environment and international and domestic trade.
