Additional information

Unit content:

Students will study the concept of research impact through discussion of key framework principles for the development and implementation of and impact strategy. The framework will then be applied to current and future research to understand the benefits and challenges of implementing these principles. Discussion of the inclusion of stakeholders and the use of technology (e.g. social media) to increase impact will be a key component of this unit.  Finally, students will be exposed to information that will help develop an understanding of the pathways to influence policy development.
