Communicate the topics that are intimately related to Years 7-10 mathematics curriculum using university-level mathematical tools.
Solve a variety of mathematical problems related to the concepts and techniques in dealing with real numbers and basic algebra, in linear and non-linear functions, and in geometry involving ideas of congruence and transformation.
Develop skills that are crucial for effective teaching including constructing mathematical explanation and arguments, drawing diagrams to illustrate given information, creating examples and counterexamples, and using multiple representations of mathematical ideas
Access, evaluate and use resources, including appropriate technologies, for teaching and learning secondary school mathematics.
