Successful completion of BSL165 Foundations of Business Law / BUS165 Principles of Commercial Law or LLB260 Contract law
Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Law (LLB), OR who have successfully completed BUS228 Employment Law, BSL228/BUS228 Workplace Law or LAW363 Employment Relations Law may not enrol in this unit for credit.
