Additional information
Unit content:Learning Uni Style is a foundational unit designed to introduce students to university learning and demystify university culture. It will ease students into this new learning environment and start to develop academic skills such as reading and note-making, academic writing, punctuation and grammar, referencing and summarising. This unit explores the relationship between the university and undergraduate students. Our understanding of the university is enhanced if we look at it as a culture: a set of shared ideas, language and practices embraced by those who have become successful members of the culture.
