Learning outcomes

1.
Deliver individual and group exercise programs based on best practice to meet specific health, fitness and sport/health performance goals in apparently healthy individuals, and clients with pathology and injury that has been prescribed by an appropriately qualified health professional
2.
Prescribe and modify as necessary safe, appropriate and effective exercise programs based on best practice for the apparently healthy population that are aligned to health, fitness and performance needs and goals of clients
3.
Integrate knowledge and skills in exercise delivery and prescription with other areas of exercise science
4.
Explain and design population based physical activity recommendations
