Unit content:The broad aims of this unit are to: -Introduce the operational human resource management activities which Human Resource Managers and other leaders require in contemporary organisations; - develop individual capabilities in identifying, evaluating and reporting upon the application of HRM theories in contemporary organisations; - introduce and develop an understanding of ethics as applied to HRM, and - develop problem-solving, decision-making and planning skills.
