Learning outcomes

1.

Acquire and apply critically knowledge and skills relevant to a research project in Food Science, which may also involve knowledge and skills already gained in an undergraduate and postgraduate program or relevant prior work.

Integrate research findings within a systematic and coherent body of knowledge.

Initiate, analyse, design, plan, execute and evaluate technical and/or management functions in highly specialised contexts.

Make significant, high level, independent judgements in planning, design, operational, technical and/or management functions.
