- Researching a range of design thinking processes and tools
- Analysing, interpreting and evaluating design thinking processes and tools
- Examining and deconstructing project issue/s for ‘client’ projects (UN SGDs)
- Developing creative and strategic methods for generating human-centred ideas for social and environmental problems
- Applying design thinking tools and processes to test ideas and concepts in solving the set wicked problems (SDGs)
- Delivering professional presentations explaining projects issues and concepts to stakeholders of complex projects
