What is the meaning of contract and which are the sources of contract law in the comparison between the civil law and the common law traditions;

How the main aspects of contract law are faced in the legal systems considered and in some international harmonizing instruments, such as the Unidroit Principles of Commercial Contracts;

The principal issues concerning Contracts on the International Sale of Goods.
