Students enrolled in Murdoch (Internal), Rockingham (Internal) and Mandurah (Internal) may enrol in Murdoch (External) Units.
Students can concurrently enrol UPP001 Introduction to Uni Culture AND UPP002 Divide and Conquer: Navigating Numeracy in Uni Culture AND UPP004 Knowledge in the Sciences
Students enrolled in Murdoch (Internal), Rockingham (Internal) and Mandurah (Internal) may enrol in either Internal and External unit course offering across all three campus.

Learning outcomes

Understand the processes involved in research of new versus existing knowledge in the life sciences, including the role of ethics

Summarise, critically analyse and communicate ideas and theories specific to the life sciences; both orally and in writing using appropriate academic conventions.

Apply numeracy and math skills to problem solving within the life sciences context, with use of technology (Excel) where appropriate
4.
Apply a range of independent and collaborative learning skills such as time management, self-regulation, social and emotional learning, effective communication, and teamwork.
