Enrolment rules

Students who have successfully completed CHI569/EXS569 Advanced Topics in Exercise Physiology may not enrol in this unit for credit.
Enrolment in G1073 Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Physiology or B1336 BSc/GradDipClinExPhys; and completion of either EXS501 or EXS502 or EXS503.

Unit content:

This unit covers skills and pathologies required for accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Specifically it covers the skills behind workplace ergonomic assessment and functional capacity evaluation. Pathologies addressed include, but are not limited to Mental Health and Cancer. Special populations may include, aboriginal, rural and remote and athletic populations
