Unit content:

In this unit students will: 

  • engage in researching project management tools and practices from commercial design sectors for understanding how to approach a real world project (ULO 1/6);
  • establish a digital online environment to collaboratively manage project materials, processes and participants such as the unit project client and additional stakeholders (ULO1/2/3/4/5/6);
  • adopt team member roles for effectively managing the large service project (ULO 2/3/4/5/6);
  • complete specific team member tasks for effectively maintaining the real world group project and delivering project outcomes to the project stakeholder audience (ULO 2/3/4/5/6); 
  • practice innovative collaboration techniques towards enhancing multidisciplinary and user focused project environments (ULO 2/3/4/5/6); and 
  • demonstrate professional approaches to resolving the project issues and delivering the project outcomes for the real world project (ULO 2/3/4/5/6).
