Unit content:
The broad aims of this unit are to:
- provide students with a comprehensive framework with which to assess an organisation and its environment;
- develop a strong conceptual, theoretical and practical set of skills to analyse a company;
- enable students to develop a sound strategic plan for an organisation seeking market expansion and market entry, and;
- enable students to analyse business problems with a help of data and apply this skill in their current and future roles in any organisation.
