Unit content:Topics covered will include an introduction to the Australian legal system and administrative law; the nature, operation and interpretation of legislation; the role of case law; an introduction to legal analysis and problem solving; the development of fundamental library research skills; an introduction to migration legislation and policy; an introduction to ethical aspects of migration practice and the Code of Conduct and academic writing skills.
