Additional information
The capacity to produce critical and creative texts is key in the contemporary context where content is king. Students who undertake this unit will develop and hone their capacity to write for a range of performance modes from serious play scripts, pieces for monologue, comedy scripts and poetry or cross-media works. There will be ample opportunity for experimentation, and students will be guided through the unit by experienced writers. They will spend considerable time honing their texts and learning from their tutors and fellow students in a collaborative and supported learning and teaching environment.
