Unit content:

This unit covers the normal diagnostic imaging of all human body systems, including developmental anatomy. Introduction to the basic principles that underpin the creation of the various types of imaging covered (i.e., plain radiographs, CT, MRI, DUS) is provided. Clinical applications of imaging are provided through normal variants and anomalies seen on imaging, and the radiographic evaluation of common spinal and extremity lines of measurement.
