Unit content:

This unit gives students the opportunity to consolidate their theoretical understandings of teaching and develop a high level of professional competence in a school setting. It aims to nurture the development of the reflective practitioner and establish a foundation for confronting the issues associated with the professional responsibilities of being a teacher. On completion of the unit, students will be expected to show progress towards achievement at the Graduate level in each of the Australian Graduate Standards for Teachers.
