Additional information

Unit content:This dynamic unit will involve coursework, journal club, protocol preparation, poster formulation, and workshop sessions with supervisors. The lecture material will reinforce knowledge gained from the reference book readings Epidemiology in Medicine (Hennekens and Buring) and Strauss et al. Evidence Based Medicine [Straus et al, 4th Edition]). Supervisory workshop sessions will provide an applied context to the lecture material, offering students with 'hands‐on' opportunities to put the unit material into the context of their discipline and individual areas of interest.
