Unit content:In this unit students will:
engage, examine and test practical methods and tools for effectively implementing a broad range of
connected service outcomes in preparation for implementing a real world service project (ULO
1/2/3);
demonstrate exceptional collaborative project management skills to ensure effective team‐based
working environments and stakeholder investments for the client project (ULO 1/4/6);
apply industry standard computer skills for developing real digital and physical outcomes for the
service project (ULO 1/2/3/5);
apply professional liaison techniques for efficient industry supplier engagement; skilfully install an
interlinked range of innovative digital, printed and spatial project touchpoints (ULO 4/5); and
provide an evaluation of the installed service system to report any installation or user issues (ULO
1/2/3/4/5/6).
