Exercise professional judgment by developing appropriate written and oral arguments based on the facts to a hypothetical problem

Apply the rules of professional etiquette in a simulated court room environment

Critically analyse factual scenarios and engage in problem solving skills in order to identify and resolve legal issues

Students may not enrol in more than one moot at the same time except by permission of the Unit Coordinator and Academic Chair for Law.
