Learning outcomes

1.

Explain the One Health approach using examples of global health issues that illustrate interactions between the human, animal and ecosystem health domains.

2.

Apply One Health and risk management frameworks to identify drivers and solutions for complex animal health issues that may impact on public health, food security, food safety, animal welfare, biosecurity, and ecosystem services

3.

Analyse and interpret epidemiological data, to provide evidence-based recommendations to animal health stakeholders and practitioners.

4.

Research and design evidence-based communication strategies to create local change for priority One Health issues.
