List and describe the key differences between the cognitive /medical disease models and a biopsychosocial perspective in understanding and facilitating behaviour change.
2.
List and define the principles of behaviour that account for why particular behaviours are maintained, increased or decreased in frequency.
3.
Describe the application of the principles of behaviour change used to facilitate personal, and community, health and wellbeing.
4.
Apply understanding of the basic theoretical and practical behavioural principles for the design, implementation and evaluation of a personal behaviour change program.
5.
Report the results of a psychological study using the conventional formats for the discipline.
