Discuss the regional national and global health priorities related to health priorities for maternal, child and adolescent nursing care
Demonstrate appropriate developmental and cultural communication skills with children, adolescents and their families that promote therapeutic relationships
Evaluate legal and ethical issues relating to maternal, child and adolescent nursing care
Demonstrate skills in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating evidence-based nursing care, including safe medication administration, for birthing women, infants, children and adolescents, and recognise deviations, and instigate appropriate nursing interventions
