Provide an overview of the concept of organisational culture and its link with responsible management in organisations.

Discuss the influence organisational culture has on the operations of an organisation, and on changing those operations.

Identify and discuss differing values and norms and their sources and evolution, and relate these to decision-making and behaviour in organisations.

Discuss global and local values, indigenous cultures, multicultural workplaces and societies.

Discuss the “dark side” of behaviour at work, organisational cultures and individual behaviour, and identify influences and outcomes associated with cultures.
