Critically engage human‐centred design theory to research methods for analysing, interpreting and evaluating social and commercial service issues;

Demonstrate ethnographic practices for gathering rich data during the research stages of complex service oriented projects;

Additional information

Unit content:In this unit students will  engage in researching ethnographic and organisational techniques and methods for collecting large quantities of data (ULO 1/6);  analyse and interpret evaluation methods for understanding complex project information (ULO 1/2/3/6);  apply visualisation methods for clarifying complex project information for client projects; produce concise written communications to assist in structuring the delivery of project proposals (ULO 1/2/3/4/5/6); and  apply organisational tools and digital methods to present complex project proposals to clients (ULO 4/5/6).
