Learning outcomes
1.
Demonstrate and apply contemporary theories, models, and tools relating to strategic planning, scenario development and strategic foresight, strategic thinking vsStrategic management, stakeholder issues, crisis and disaster management.
2.
Undertake continuing narratives relating to their roles, identity, leadership and ongoing organisational change, impacting - structure, systems and culture across teams or agencies. An exploration of Organisational Culture change is a common theme to be introduced in this unit and further developed in the final unit.
3.
Students will learn key strategy, strategic thinking and intelligence models, concepts and applications as outlined above and undertake informed discussions of the strategy implementation, (change and reform) processes within their respective agencies.

Demonstrate an understanding of how to apply key organisational learning and knowledge management principles to support reflective practice leadership development, use of hard data and soft tacit knowledge to support the quality of intelligence within relevant agency networks, build more effective decision making , and improvement to systems and management practices.
5.
Demonstrate an ability to integrate models, theories and principles from each unit in the course to inform future leadership and change, program, project operational and management practices.
