The unit will prepare students to undertake talent management strategies from developing core competencies to the design and implementation of performance management systems to developing talent and career planning, to designing remuneration and benefit systems, to delivering performance coaching for individuals and teams to driving employee engagement and retention to managing talents in international assignments. The main aim of the unit is to put the firm’s value creation processes at the core of the Talent Management process.
