Unit content:

Nonprofit management and leadership covers a wide range of topics from theories about the nonprofit sector to contemporary debates about organisational management and governance as well as new organisational forms in the field. Students will cover marketing, fundraising, people management, leadership, finance and performance management topics. Complexities associated with legal environments, definitional issues and measurement and evaluation will be explored.
