Unit content:

Understanding of media in the context of society and government, media ownership, press freedom, power and influence and post-trust, mis-information and dis-information. Through research, students will gain the academic tools to navigate the media ecosystem responsibly, preparing them to become both informed media consumers and ethical journalists.
