Learning outcomes

Identify and describe key legal issues relevant to the areas of company law that may arise within business settings.

After analysis apply relevant rules of company law to display your understanding of the impact that company laws have on decision- making in a real- world business context and form well-reasoned conclusions to solve legal issue in an ethical manner.

Develop and demonstrate self-directed study through independent research and critical analysis in key topical areas of company law.

Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form using language that is coherent and concise.
