Handbook

The Graduate Certificate in Public Administration aims to provide core skills and understanding of key contemporary issues in public policy, management and administration, and provide an alternative entry route for those wishing to pursue studies at the Masters level. Students will learn contemporary trends and developments in public administration, public sector management, policy research and evaluation, financial budgeting and management in both developed and developing countries. Graduates will demonstrate the ability to apply relevant theories in explaining and analysing real world public policy, public sector administration and management problems.
