The broad aims of this unit are to:
1. provide students with a comprehensive framework with which to assess an organisation and its environment;
2. develop a strong conceptual, theoretical and practical set of skills to analyse a company;
3. enable students to develop a sound strategic plan for an organisation seeking market expansion and market entry, and;
4. enable students to analyse business problems with a help of data and apply this skill in their current and future roles in any organisation.
